Deliver high-quality in-home support services to our valued aged care customers, empowering them to live independently and remain in their own homes:

  • We are seeking experienced applicants for Support Worker positions, offering permanent part-time contracts with competitive hourly rates and travel allowances.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings, promoting social interaction and overall wellbeing.
  • Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social events, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
  • Implementing safety practices, such as safe manual handling and driver awareness, to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19, with a minimum of two doses.
  • Flexibility to work 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support.
