The Sydney RSM Financial Services team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Planning Specialist to work closely with our financial advisers in developing personalized Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Retirement Outcomes Statements (ROAs), technical solutions, and financial strategies.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

  • Developing high-quality SOAs and ROAs that meet compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with advisers to create personalized advice and technical solutions for clients
  • Preparing review reports and ensuring all compliance requirements are maintained
  • Staying up-to-date with legislative, industry, and licensee changes to implement required developments into the business

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in the industry, with experience in preparing SOAs and ROAs, including financial modeling, and product research and comparisons.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
