Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to lead our team of dedicated Educators in delivering outstanding educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of all children.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families and other stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices through collaboration with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring, and guiding your colleagues to achieve excellence in early childhood education.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
