Bar Attendant Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Bar Attendants at The Star Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage service.

The role requires previous experience working in a fast-paced bar environment, with a proven track record of mixing and serving a variety of beverages with precision and efficiency. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve signature and classic cocktails accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of beverage product knowledge
  • Ensure the bar's cleanliness and organisation meet the highest standards
  • Comply with RSA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
