Job Summary:

This role involves developing strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience. You will assist with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation, while identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support participants at work and ongoing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience
  • Assisting with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation
  • Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support participants
  • Creating job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
  • Increasing participants' employability through training and other support services
  • Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Hold a full Australian driver's license
  • Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
  • Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
