We are seeking driven, solution-oriented individuals who thrive on helping others. As an Employment Consultant with WISE Employment, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their employment goals.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, maintain composure under pressure, and possess a strong sense of empathy and compassion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong rapport with clients to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience
- Assist clients with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation
- Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support clients at work and ongoing
- Create job plans with clients to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
- Increase clients' employability through training and other support services
- SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organisations
