About the Role


  • We are seeking skilled labourers with experience in earthworks, road building, subdivisions, drainage, pipeworks and/or minor structures.
  • Our projects are long term and require people who are seeking consistent work and are invested in their own development.
  • You will be working on civil projects across the Logan and Gold Coast regions alongside an experienced team with opportunities to upskill with qualifications and tickets.
  • For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to step up into a leading hand role, offering a clear pathway for career progression within the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing worksites
  • Spotting machinery
  • Concreting
  • Trenching
  • Backfilling
  • Fencing
  • Read and interpret plans
  • Basic power tools and plant operation
  • Heavy lifting
Requirements
  • Previous manual outdoor labouring or civil labouring experience (highly regarded)
  • Willing to perform manual handling duties, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday 06.30am - 5:00pm with Saturdays, as required
  • Hold a current driver licence with reliable transport
  • Hold mobile plant tickets with demonstrated experience (highly regarded)
