We are seeking an experienced Handy Person to join our team at our QIC Woodgrove Shopping Centre site. This role requires Full Working Rights in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing general handy-person and trade duties
  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
  • Maintaining the presentation of the centre to a high standard
  • Providing excellent customer service skills to deal with tenants and clients
  • Working flexible hours, including occasional night shifts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or handyman roles
  • Versatile handy-person skills
  • Ability to use power tools, forklift, and scissor lift (EWP)
  • Basic plumbing skills
  • Physical capability to move equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and responsibility
  • Liaising with customers as required
  • Trade qualification is highly desirable
