Disability Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our Lifestyles team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized support to clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Support clients to make informed choices and develop skills for independence.
- Facilitate community engagement and participation for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
- Experience in Behaviour Support or a related field is preferred, but a can-do attitude is essential.
- Availability for day shifts (9:00 am - 3:00 pm) and flexibility to work in various locations.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
- Ability to travel to various locations within the Greater West Region.
- A competitive hourly rate, plus superannuation and penalty rates.
