About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our Lifestyles team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support to clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Support clients to make informed choices and develop skills for independence.
  • Facilitate community engagement and participation for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Requirements
  • Experience in Behaviour Support or a related field is preferred, but a can-do attitude is essential.
  • Availability for day shifts (9:00 am - 3:00 pm) and flexibility to work in various locations.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
  • Ability to travel to various locations within the Greater West Region.
