We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH) Community Team at Braeside Hospital.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 4 days a week. As a Registered Nurse, you will be a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, providing patient-centred care to our clients.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1 year in OPMH in an inpatient or community setting
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Computer literacy with email and electronic patient record systems
