Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Researcher to help us create user-centered products and experiences at Recooty. As a key member of our team, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research insights effectively.
  • Advocate for users by presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and UX design.
  • Develop and maintain a user research repository to track insights and inform future projects.
  • Mentor and guide team members on user research methodologies and techniques.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in user research within a digital product environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various research methods and tools (e.g., usability testing, surveys, analytics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience with UX design principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, SurveyMonkey).
