Quality assurance is a vital component of our business operations. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all product categories.

This involves collaborating closely with suppliers, external testing houses and internal teams to guarantee compliance with quality and fit standards. You will be responsible for monitoring testing standards, including reviewing existing standards and updating them as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure fabric and yarn developments meet required quality standards.
  • Monitor and review testing standards, making recommendations for updates as necessary.
  • Liaise with external testing houses to ensure consistency across suppliers and timely delivery of test reports.
  • Ensure adherence to Australian and International Standards across product categories.
  • Manage in-house wear testing and sample archiving.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage BSR programs seasonally.
  • Accountable for the consistency of Fabric, Colour and Performance on all BSR styles and orders.

You will have:

  • A solid background in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferred.
  • A minimum 5 years experience in an equivalent QA/QC role with a fashion apparel retailer.
  • Extensive knowledge of the apparel industry across multiple product categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve quality and product performance across multiple apparel product categories.
