Job DescriptionThis is a unique chance to work with infants and children experiencing complex mental health difficulties, providing high-quality, client-centered care in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise while contributing to the well-being of vulnerable individuals and families.
The role involves working closely with families, schools, and other agencies to identify areas for change and implement effective interventions. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that values innovation, creativity, and continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to participate in clinical education sessions and on-the-job training to further develop your clinical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Providing assessment, formulation, and treatment services to infants and children experiencing complex mental health difficulties
- Collaborating with families, schools, and other agencies to create identified areas for change
- Participating in clinical education sessions and on-the-job training to further develop your clinical and leadership skills
- Demonstrated skills and experience in case management and assessment, working with infants, children, and their families within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and deliver first-class service
- Positive work attitude, strong communication skills, and a strong people-person focus
