We are currently seeking Casual team members to join our vibrant and fun team at Arndale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and store presentation standards during the busy holiday season.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing outstanding customer service
  2. Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
  3. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store and business objectives
  4. Performing daily activities such as stock placement, ticketing, and visual displays
  5. Maintaining a neat, safe, and full environment
  6. Building positive relationships with colleagues and customers
  7. Processing and picking online orders, including consistent lifting of light loads

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  1. A passion for service and retail
  2. Previous retail experience, preferably in a big-box retail space
  3. The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  5. A focus on safety and a willingness to learn
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
