Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service in-store with premium product.
  • Work part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Process large volumes of stock.
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders.
  • Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • The ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
