We are seeking a highly skilled cyber security professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies and plans to protect systems and networks.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks associated with systems and infrastructure.

  • Security Architecture and Design:
    • Design and architect secure systems and networks, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
    • Implement security controls and measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Incident Response:
    • Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security breaches and incidents.
    • Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
  • Compliance and Governance:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and policies.
    • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a strong security posture.
  • Training and Awareness:
    • Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices.
    • Promote a culture of security awareness within the organization.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide expert guidance on cyber security technologies, tools, and methodologies.
    • Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure holistic security coverage.
    • Effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • Relevant cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Cyber Security Professional, with a strong focus on system security and network architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cyber security risk management, incident response, and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of system security architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in security features and services.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
