As a skilled IT professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technology meets innovation.

The role requires providing technical support to customers across Australia. Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to timely responses and recommendations for Level 2/3 support requests

• Providing technical support for computing fleets, hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and video conferencing technologies

• Troubleshooting and providing information to enable resolution on Level 2/3 support requests

• Managing customer expectations and advising them of system downtime or interruptions

• Creating process instructions and relevant documentation

• Working with the Hardware Asset Management team to ensure hardware lifecycle management

• Completing Classified Technical Support duties as required

• Assisting with projects where allocated

To be successful, you should possess:

• Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain Negative Vetting 2 clearance

• Eligibility for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations

• Demonstrated experience in a Level 2 or 3 IT Administrator/Support role in a large corporate networked environment

• Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot with a focus on achieving objectives and effective outcomes
