Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative leader to join our Design team as part of our national operations. As a key member of the Landscape Architecture leadership team, you will drive growth and development by leading and delivering high-quality technical input.

This involves demonstrating a broad understanding of landscape architecture, built form, public realm design, and placemaking. You will lead medium to large projects, managing resourcing, program, and fees while ensuring project budget and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project delivery;
  • Develop complex landscape architecture designs in AutoCAD and/or Revit /BIM and graphic formats;
  • Develop contract specifications and costing estimates using Word and Excel skills;
  • Demonstrate expertise in landscape architecture and construction processes;
  • Develop and nurture consulting staff capabilities and efficiency;
  • Build new and existing client relationships;
  • Achieve commercial performance KPIs through strong service delivery and effective project management;
  • Identify opportunities to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines and Business Units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture;
  • 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in a Design practice and/or consultancy environment;
  • Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD and/or Revit /BIM and graphic formats;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
