Early Childhood Educational Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Leader to join our childcare organisation.

Your role will be to lead and guide our educators in delivering exceptional programs that ignite curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

This is an opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up, driving high-quality educational practice, embedding inspiring programs, and fostering a collaborative culture where both children and educators thrive.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and proven experience as an Educational Leader or strong interest in stepping into the role.

You will work closely with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards, drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation, and champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and holistic learning programs
  • Mentor and coach educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice
  • Work closely with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation
  • Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing environment
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the community to support every child's development
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Proven experience as an Educational Leader or strong interest in stepping into the role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
