**Job Overview:** A seasoned leader is required to spearhead testing initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, driving efficient outcomes and upholding rigorous standards. Collaborative teams rely on effective Test Managers to ensure seamless integration of diverse methodologies and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple testing timelines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Develop, implement, and refine test cases across various stages and platforms.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to establish optimal testing protocols and toolsets.
  • Review complex test scenarios to guarantee accuracy and precision.
  • Define and document essential test environment parameters.
  • Mentor a team of testing specialists in continuous improvement techniques.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Test Manager.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies and best practices.
  • Experience with RPA frameworks and UiPath tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Relevant certification (e.g. ISTQB).
