Restaurant Staff Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic team member to join our restaurant team. As a Restaurant All-Rounder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling multiple tasks with efficiency, and contributing to the success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver orders to tables and ensure they meet the customers' expectations.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Handle cash and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Uphold health and safety standards to create a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Assist with cleaning duties and general restaurant maintenance.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Must be a team player and capable of multitasking.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
