O Bar and Dining offers an immersive experience that embodies the essence of luxury dining in the heart of Sydney's most iconic cityscapes. Revolving on the 47th floor of Australia Square, our unique circular room is divided into a restaurant, lounge bar, private dining room and event space.

We are an owner operated business with a strong and loyal team at the helm, you will be working alongside passionate, motivated and supportive people.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking the industry's best Front of House staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you thrive in dynamic, late-night settings and have a passion for creating unforgettable moments for guests, we want to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Proven experience in a premium or high-end venue
  • Immaculate presentation with exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations consistently
  • Adaptability and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic with a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • A valid NSW RSA
  • Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Full Australian working rights
