Support Services Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess advanced problem-solving capabilities, confidence and emotional intelligence to resolve complex situations. They will be able to interact positively at all levels, including working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective support services to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Partner with children and young people to achieve their goals.
  • Lead, mentor and supervise a team of support workers to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Services, Community Services, Children's Services or similar field.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern and mental health concerns.
  • Current NSW Driver's licence and valid Working with Children Check.
