Senior Legal Expert


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our organization as a key member of our legal department. As an expert in commercial and corporate matters, you will provide strategic legal support across a wide range of business transactions.


  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Providing general legal advice on commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters
  • Drafting and refining standard contracts and templates
  • Supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes
  • Building and maintaining legal resources databases
  • Facilitating legal training and knowledge-sharing across the business

Requirements:

Around 8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including in-house or secondment roles.
