Job Summary:

Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner to join our team. As a Learning Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing education programs that contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging education programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to learning and development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or training and development
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
