About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner for our Home Care division with demonstrable success within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character. Working collaboratively with the Learning & Development Team, this position will support and partner with key stakeholders in Home Care to deliver the role-related mandatory and professional development education programs. This position will participate in the development of education programs and will coordinate and deliver relevant education that will contribute to improved client care. In addition, the role will identify educational needs and through assessments and evaluations, continue to improve educational relevance and accessibility to learning opportunities.

  • A permanent part-time role with hybrid working options available

  • Based in Victoria (Hughesdale/ Richmond) with travel to regional and metro areas with some interstate travel

About you:

  • It is preferred that you are a qualified Nurse with current AHPRA registration plus you will have completed a Cert IV in Training & Assessment or are willing to obtain a Cert IV within the first 12 months.

  • Passionate about engaging a diverse workforce in continuous learning environment

  • Prior experience as a trainer, educator, learning facilitator or in a relevant role, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting is preferred

You will also be required to provide evidence of the below:

  • A valid police check & NDIS Clearance.

  • Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
