Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Schnitz. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Management Team in training and mentoring Team Members, running shifts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Run shifts, including opening and closing the store, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Team Development: Assist the Management Team in training and mentoring Team Members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock takes and processing deliveries to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Station Oversight: Oversee stations to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide Team Members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Team Members, Management, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
