About the Role

Viatris is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Analyst to join our team. As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our master data, particularly in the supply chain domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity of master data for the Carole Park plant, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain a working understanding of master data impacts within related business processes, including supply chain, procurement, and recipe maintenance.
  • Implement and maintain SAP Master Data with a focus on Supply Chain, ensuring all aspects of material master, procurement, and recipe maintenance are properly managed.
  • Liaise with various department personnel to ensure all master data maintenance supports new project timelines and business requirements.
  • Work with local management and business units to implement agreed process changes and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and information as requested by stakeholders, providing insights into master data performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with Health Authorities to ensure compliance with licensing, amendments, and permit applications, including collating information from key stakeholders within agreed timelines.
  • Validate customer authorizations according to Queensland Health legislation.
Requirements
  • High proficiency in SAP, with experience in master data management and supply chain processes.
  • 2 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a strong understanding of data governance, data convergence, and master data definition.
