Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and driven leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for completing daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping, and team leadership, while fostering a customer-centric culture and promoting a safe and responsible drinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping, and team leadership, focusing on driving sales and achieving objectives

  • IDentify and deliver on growth opportunities, business objectives, and key performance indicators
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines and ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment
