Production Operations Lead

The Production Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions within the production area. This role involves managing team members to ensure a safe environment and quality control, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with peers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teams to discuss progress and goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include human resources and recruitment processes, as well as supporting the strategic safety direction of the business.

To be successful in this role, applicants will possess:

  • Proven experience in production management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Sound knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Technical and working knowledge of production processes.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and engage key stakeholders.

Hours of work are Sunday to Thursday, with varying start times between 5am and 9am.
