About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Lead to join our team and drive strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting languages, including Python, Shell, and JavaScript, with experience in automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in scripting, with a focus on DevOps and CI/CD practices. Strong AWS experience, including EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift, is also essential.

Key responsibilities include leading and prioritizing delivery pipelines, championing Agile and DevOps practices, driving automation-first principles, and mentoring team members to promote a learning culture and innovation.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively, and possess a strong passion for continuous improvement.

As a Senior DevOps Lead, you will work closely with Agile teams to embed best practices and ensure scalable, secure infrastructure. You will lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
