Job Title: Cyber Security Professional

Description: We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Professional to assist in the development and configuration of security tools, including build and configuration activities, development of build instructions, and assistance to the security operations lead on product design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of a stand-alone network security operations tooling, including configuration of security tooling in alignment with best practice and vendor guidance.
  • Build and configure security tools, such as servers, firewalls, and subnets.
  • Develop build instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with the security operations lead to design and implement security solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in server administration, specifically Server 2016/2019.
  • Active Directory management and Group Policy management skills.
  • Familiarity with Splunk and McAfee.
  • Knowledge of firewall rulesets and subnet configurations.

Desirable Skills and Technologies:

  • Ivanti.
  • Tenable.
  • Experience in AGILE development environments.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical leads and project management.
  • Capacity to independently learn new concepts and skillsets and improve upon existing technical knowledge.
