Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishware, and equipment, utilizing both commercial dishwashers and manual methods.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including rubbish disposal, sweeping, and mopping kitchen floors.
  • Follow proper procedures for disinfecting surfaces and equipment, ensuring the correct sequence of chemical application.
  • Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks, including grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing garnishes and seasonings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is advantageous.
