Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking an educator to work as part of a passionate and capable team, committed to enriching the futures of young children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support educators in implementing programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children
  • Develop partnerships with children and families based on mutual trust and respect
  • Work collaboratively with educators to implement teaching strategies that respond to children's learning, development, and wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • A Working with Children Check clearance number (or be willing to obtain)
  • Commitment to working as a team
  • Knowledge of current early childhood theories and practice & children's services legislation
  • 12 months experience working in children's services
  • Current approved first aid qualification for early education and care – HLTAID012
