Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple data centre projects to exceed client expectations, timelines, costs, and specifications.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers and project controllers to foster professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with regional digital infrastructure industry leaders to report on project progress and build client relationships.
  • Oversee both design and construction schedules to align with client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
  • Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to shape the future.
  • Industry experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience of having delivered a data centre end-to-end.
  • A desire to lead, grow, and develop a group of emerging data centre project managers through sharing skills and insights gained from experience.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Project management qualifications or experience and ideally a background in construction.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to relocate to Melbourne.
