Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to process daily collections, credit claims, and debtor statements in our financial services department. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring correct allocation of customer payments and providing timely support to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Processing daily collections and credit claims in our accounting system
  2. Debt collections (via phone and email)
  3. Processing monthly debtor statements
  4. Ensuring debtors' profiles are up to date
  5. Managing trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals
  6. Responding to and investigating customer enquiries in a timely manner
  7. Managing reporting deadlines for the finance functions
  8. Reporting on debt collection status and risks exposure to senior management
  9. Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks
  10. Reception duties when required
