Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Adeptly implement, roll out, and promote information and cyber security directives, policies, and work instructions to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Verify compliance with group directives, policies, and work instructions within the ISMS framework, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee and guide local information and cyber security efforts, encompassing technology risks based on LGT's framework, ensuring proactive risk management.
  • Conduct thorough control testing assurance activities, including physical site audits, to guarantee robust security measures.
Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science, or 8 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in financial services, demonstrating expertise and dedication.
  • Thorough knowledge of security frameworks, standards, architectures, risk assessment methodologies, and awareness training, enabling informed decision-making.
  • A risk-aware mindset with motivation to manage information and cyber security, driving continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and directives, fostering collaboration and success.
