Accelerating growth and driving innovation is at the heart of this sales cycle ownership role. As a business development professional, you'll engage with senior executives to deliver transformative solutions.

About the Position

This Brisbane-based opportunity covers commercial accounts across Queensland and includes occasional travel for client meetings and events.

No two days are the same in this role. You will partner with customers on large-scale business transformations and targeted solutions that solve critical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities and expand solution adoption.
  • Land new logos, driving growth and reinforcing industry leadership.
  • Lead complex deals end-to-end, from prospecting and forecasting to strategy development, roundtables, events, and closing urgent opportunities.
  • Act as the leader of your territory and book of business, with autonomy over how you plan and run your day.
Requirements
  • Deep experience managing complex sales cycles, including navigating multiple stakeholders, solution selling, and driving deals from initial engagement to close.
  • A history of overachievement, with a focus on not just meeting but surpassing expectations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, establishing trust and credibility with executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, able to identify opportunities, develop territory plans, and prioritise high-impact activities.
  • Resilience and high emotional intelligence, enabling you to manage challenges, adapt to changing customer needs, and maintain a balanced mindset.
  • A growth mindset, constantly learning, seeking feedback, and planning for both personal and professional development.
  • Curiosity and passion for technology, with the drive to leverage solutions to solve complex business problems.

Preferred experience includes sales methodology training, CRM expertise, and strong customer references, but above all, your ability to deliver results, influence at the executive level, and thrive in commercial accounts is what makes you successful.
