Housekeeping Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our hotel team as a Housekeeping Associate. As a member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Job Description:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and meeting rooms.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service to guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manual handling ability.
