Store Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level, embrace new challenges, and make a difference.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets by working with luxury brands like CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., and more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage the store's operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently
  • To lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in retail management, with experience in leading teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of luxury brands and their target markets
