About the Position:
This key leadership role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of health, safety, and environmental management within our organization.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve the health, safety, and environmental culture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and long-term business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers and employees on effective health, safety, and environmental strategies.
- Manage risks to the organization through regular risk assessments and reviews of safety management plans.
- Lead and manage a small team responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental strategies.
Requirements:
- Five or more years' experience in health and safety management roles, with a proven track record of providing strategic advice on all aspects of health and safety management.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level strategic and operational management advice on innovative health and safety strategies, policies, and programs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
