Human Resources Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to provide advice and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
  • Inductions and support throughout the full employment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems.
  • Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Award interpretation and contractual advice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience working in an HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
