About the Role

This role is focused on providing expert support to managers in meeting their operational and strategic objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for delivering proactive HR advice and assistance, ensuring that our team members are empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality HR consultancy services, including analysis of trends and metrics to diagnose business needs and issues.
  • Supporting work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention by offering tailored solutions and initiatives.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to drive recruitment efforts and ensure successful onboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to identify and address employee relations matters, legislative compliance concerns, and engagement opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience working within manufacturing or blue-collar industries.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in an HR-related capacity.
