Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to assist our People & Culture Leader on a 6-month contract. This dynamic role involves a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will be instrumental in engaging with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and posting job adverts
- Screening job applications and resumes
- Sourcing candidates and creating talent pools
- Scheduling interviews, meetings, and briefings
- Conducting reference checks and processing offers
- System administration, data input, and reporting
Requirements:
- Understanding of recruitment processes (one year of recruitment experience desirable)
- Relevant recruitment or administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume, or process-driven environment
- Strong communication and administrative abilities, assisting with candidate screening and offer management
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple roles at varying stages of a process and perform all resourcing process steps with a high degree of speed, accuracy, and competency
