About the Centre

We are a cutting-edge childcare and Kindergarten centre positioned to serve families in several local areas. Our custom-designed daycare and Kindergarten services cater to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with up to 104 children accommodated and operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

About You – What Qualifications Do You Bring?

• Qualification — ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services, with confidence in your skills and ability to apply them effectively.
• Framework Knowledge — Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), and the ability to bring these concepts to life in a fun and engaging way.
• Experience with Young Children — Experience in early learning environments with children aged 0–5; able to create safe, supportive, and playful spaces that foster growth and development.
• Effective Communicator — Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with families, colleagues, and when documenting learning.
• Safety Orientation — Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, demonstrating your commitment to child safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, incorporating art, music, movement, and outdoor play to promote holistic development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity, ensuring all children feel valued and supported.
• Observe and assess each child's development, communicating with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements, and working collaboratively to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and organized room, efficiently managing materials and supplies to create a conducive learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to policies and procedures that prioritize their protection and care.
