Senior Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:

The Senior Consultant will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and client-specific requirements.
  • Engage with clients throughout all project phases, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, maintaining open communication with clients, project teams, and engagement managers.
  • Assume leadership positions on projects or act as a Cognizant product partner lead and/or delivery assurance reviewer.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in software, including loading client data, configuring business processes, and securing system access.
  • Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into conversion templates via iLoads.
  • Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments.
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and share knowledge within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience.
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience.
  • 2-5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management.
