About the Role

As a key member of TikTok's AI Data Service and Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, risks, and opportunities in the AI data annotation sector.
  • Collaborate closely with business operations to understand priorities, challenges, and provide relevant research findings to support business growth.
  • Lead research projects from start to end, including scoping requirements, fieldwork, report writing, and presentation of findings.
  • Utilize both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to deliver well-rounded research findings.
  • Generate regular trend reports to evaluate the impact of the latest developments in the AI industry, regulatory changes, and other external factors on our operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, particularly as they relate to data annotation and labeling.
  • Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and other events to network with key stakeholders and gather relevant insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in conducting industry research and analysis, preferably within the technology or AI sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, including data collection, statistical analysis, and trend forecasting.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in the context of data annotation and labeling.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the AI data annotation industry or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
