Aviation Leadership Opportunity

Airside infrastructure engineering design and aviation pavement management are key areas of focus in this challenging role.

This leadership position is part of our global team, working on projects that span transportation, buildings, water, new energy, and the environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a range of aviation projects across Australia and New Zealand, driving technical excellence across our ANZ Aviation portfolio, developing business growth opportunities with clients and construction partners, and participating in the development and execution of our ANZ Aviation business strategy.

  • Develop and execute project plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage project teams to deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with best practices and trends.

Key skills and qualifications include 15+ years' experience in airside infrastructure engineering design, aviation pavement design, pavement condition assessment, and evaluation, as well as experience in project delivery and leadership, design management across disciplines, client relationship management, and comprehensive knowledge of standards and guidelines from different organizations and authorities including CASA, FAA, IATA, and ICAO.
