Speech Therapist

Seeking an exceptional speech therapist to enhance communication and swallowing abilities in clients across various age groups.

This role focuses on teamwork, collaboration with families and healthcare professionals to deliver impactful therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to pinpoint each client's unique speech and language needs
• Create personalized treatment plans that cater to clients' goals
• Lead engaging therapy sessions making a real difference
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain detailed records to track progress
• Share knowledge and offer support to clients and their families

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Speech Pathology
• Registration with the Speech Pathology Association
• Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
• A genuine desire to help others
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
