Job Title: Healthcare Transformation Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Healthcare Transformation Leader to spearhead the evolution of our health programs and services.

This transformative role requires a seasoned executive who will oversee strategic objectives, ensure seamless patient-centered care, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven decisions.

The successful candidate will manage a large multidisciplinary team across clinical and non-clinical functions, lead, mentor, and inspire the workforce to embed innovative models of care. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and make safe, efficient, operational decisions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a large multidisciplinary team across clinical and non-clinical functions.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire the workforce to embed innovative models of care.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Operational Decision-Making: Ensure safe, efficient, and effective operational decisions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • Senior Leadership Experience: Demonstrated senior leadership experience in hospital, community health, or acute/sub-acute healthcare service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Proven success in managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Clinical Governance: Strong knowledge of clinical governance, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Change Leadership: Ability to lead change, innovation, and best practice.
